ANNOUNCEMENT OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY

Opening Doors, the Lead Agency for FL-511 Pensacola Escambia/Santa Rosa County Consortium, Continuum of Care announces HUD’s Funding Availability for the 2019 Continuum of Care Program Competition (#FR-6300-N-25) for the State Fiscal Year 19/20 funding period.

Opening Doors is seeking requests from prospective sub grantees interested in providing services to the homeless in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties.

Services for homeless families with children, chronically homeless men and women, homeless unaccompanied youth, homeless veterans, and victims fleeing domestic violence are eligible activities. Priorities for the 2019 Continuum of Care Program Competition are:

Housing First Permanent Housing for Homeless Categories 1 and 4
Permanent Housing (Rapid Rehousing)
Domestic Violence
Supportive Services Only
Coordinated Entry
HMIS
Expansion of Services
