Please keep in mind, many of our funding sources for homeless prevention and rapid rehousing are currently out of funding. 

If you apply, if we are unable to help given the current status of our funding, you will receive an email notifying you. 

We are expecting new funding to become available in August 2025. Our website will reflect new funding when it becomes available.

Please check back here in August to see if new funding has become available yet, and submit a new application if it has and you still need services.
